Police have thanked everyone who shared their appeal to locate a wanted man and confirm he is now in custody.
Jordan Turnball, 30, from Avebury featured in the force's 'Wanted the Winter' campaign.
He was wanted in relation to a number of offences including assault.
Today a police spokesperson said: "We can confirm he was arrested last night on suspicion of assault.
"He was taken to Gablecross custody where he remains for questioning."
