Following enquiries by neighbourhood officers, a man in his 20's from Calne was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a class B drug. He has since been released on bail while enquiries continue.
PC Lizzie Wright said: “Following reports of four young girls becoming unwell we launched an investigation and swiftly arrested a man the same evening in connection with the incident.
“We’d like to take this opportunity to remind parents to speak with their children about the dangers of taking unknown substances when it is unclear what they may be laced with.”
