The giant robot hidden among the trees near Calne has been attracting plenty of attention after recently becoming a talking point on social media.
Now, incredible drone footage sent to Calne News, giving readers a different view of the unusual landmark.
The giant animatronic, believed to be the 60ft robot known as Om, was originally built as the centrepiece of Take That's record-breaking Progress Live stadium tour in 2011. Standing around 100ft tall when fully extended during the concerts, it famously lifted members of the band onto the stage in its giant hands.
The robot is thought to have been brought to Robbie Williams' former home near Compton Bassett after the tour and has remained hidden among the trees ever since, surprising motorists, walkers and cyclists who catch glimpses of it through the foliage.
Its recent appearance on the Calne in Photographs Facebook group prompted dozens of comments from residents, with many admitting they initially thought they were "seeing things". Others compared the mysterious figure to the Wicker Man or even a giant Buddha statue, while several recalled watching Om perform during Take That's 2011 tour.
Although the giant figure has stood on the estate for several years, many locals say they had never noticed it until recently.
