A former Calne businessman has been jailed for more than four years after admitting a series of sexual offences against a teenage girl.
Kyle Holmes, 34, of Eider Avenue in Lyneham, pleaded guilty to four counts of engaging in sexual activity with a girl aged between 13 and 17, and three counts of inciting a girl aged between 13 and 17 to engage in sexual activity.
The offences related to a period between May and November 2025.
At an earlier hearing, Holmes denied five further offences connected to the same victim. Those charges were later withdrawn before sentencing.
Holmes was sentenced at Swindon Crown Court to a total of 52 months in prison. The court also imposed a 20-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
Holmes will remain on the sex offenders register indefinitely. He has additionally been barred from working with children or vulnerable people, and a restraining order was made preventing any contact with the victim.
