A retirement development in Calne is celebrating after receiving a top industry award for customer satisfaction.
Orchard Lodge, a development by Churchill Living, has achieved the maximum 5 Star rating in an independent customer satisfaction survey carried out by the Home Builders Federation (HBF).
The result means Churchill Living has retained its 5 Star HBF rating for an 11th consecutive year, and was the only specialist retirement housebuilder to achieve the top rating in 2026.
The annual survey asks homeowners across the country about their satisfaction with the quality of their new property and whether they would recommend their housebuilder to others.
The award reflects the company’s continued focus on delivering homes designed to support independence, safety and comfort in later life.
