Calne Police have said they will be increasing patrols in parts of Calne following two recent incidents involving vehicles.
Between Sunday 22nd March and Monday 23rd March, a car parked on Bentley Grove was accessed and searched throughout.
In a separate incident, someone attempted to take a vehicle in Studley Gardens on Tuesday 24th March, between 10.30pm and 10.40pm, by hotwiring.
Enquiries are ongoing into both incidents.
Residents are being urged to remain vigilant, make sure vehicles are locked, and remove any valuables from inside.
Anyone with CCTV or doorbell footage from either area is asked to come forward. Information can also be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
