IT was a case of being in the right place at the right time for Wiltshire Road Police last night when they spotted a driver leaving a pub car park in Calne.
Police stopped the driver last night (16th September) as he was making his way home from a night at the pub. The driver provided a positive breath test of 87, the legal limit being 35.
The driver was consequently arrested and will face a court date.
