South West housebuilder Persimmon has once again secured the top spot, earning a prestigious five-star rating in the latest annual customer satisfaction survey conducted independently.
This marks the fourth consecutive year that Persimmon has achieved this impressive feat.The coveted rating is determined by surveying homebuyers after they've settled into their new Persimmon homes.
To achieve a five-star designation, over 90% of respondents must unequivocally recommend Persimmon to their friends and family, a strong indicator of overall satisfaction.
This year, over 5,000 Persimmon customers across the South West participated in the independent survey, providing invaluable feedback and insights into their homebuying experience. The results offer prospective homebuyers a clear picture of customer satisfaction levels across various housebuilders in the UK.
Persimmon boasts numerous developments throughout the South West region, spanning from Helston in Cornwall and Yeovil in Somerset, all the way to Didcot in Oxfordshire and Wooton-under-Edge in Stroud.
