A couple from Devizes will stand trial next week in connection with the death of their three-month-old baby daughter.
Samuel Warnock, 29, formerly of Cornfield Road, is charged with murder and Jasmine Warnock, 28 also of Cornfield Road will stand trial charged with causing or allowing the death of a child.
Miyah Warnock was taken to Bristol Children’s Hospital on 20 September 2021. She died less than one month later on 19 October.
The trial will take place from Monday January 15 at Winchester Crown Court.
