The trial of a Devizes woman accused of murdering her mother has begun after she denied the charge.
Stefania Glowka, 64, of Keepers Road, appeared at Bristol Crown Court on Monday 1st June charged with murdering 86-year-old Tamara Glowka.
The charge relates to an incident at their home in Keepers Road on Christmas Day last year.
Glowka pleaded not guilty to the charge.
A jury trial has now begun and is expected to last around seven days.
Glowka remains remanded in custody while proceedings continue.
