A high-value burglary in Chippenham has left a homeowner devasttated after thieves made off with £26,000 worth of jewellery.
The break-in happened at a home on Doncaster Close between 12.30pm and 8.15pm on Thursday, 13th March.
Wiltshire Police are now appealing for witnesses and have launched an investigation into the theft.
Officers have been conducting CCTV and house-to-house enquiries in the area.
A potential lead has emerged with reports of a silver vehicle seen in the area around 2.15pm that may be connected to the crime.
