A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following a collision near Hilmarton in 2024 in which a 16-year-old girl died.
Richard Robinson, 20, of Birch Road, Kingswood, appeared before Swindon Magistrates' Court today, 23rd June charged in connection with the fatal collision.
The charge relates to a collision on an unnamed rural road between Bushton and Hilmarton on 29th August 2024, in which Toya Jefferies, 16, died..
Robinson was released on bail and is due to appear at Swindon Crown Court on Thursday 24th July.
