WILTSHIRE Police are hoping to find witnesses to a theft that happened back in August in Chippenham.
The theft happened during a meeting to buy a car and took place at the Premier Inn in West Cepen Way, Chppenham.
The victim had met two men there on 27th August between 10.30am and 11.30am to buy an off-white Toyota IQ. He handed over £4500 in cash but then went to move his other vehicle. When he returned five minutes later, the men and the car had gone.
The suspects are described as black men, one around 5ft 7ins tall, clean shaven with short hair and wearing blue trousers and a light blue jacket.
The other is described as around 6ft tall, with short hair with grey bits, wearing glasses, a white collared shirt and a black jacket.
