Local police are seeking the public's assistance in locating 23-year-old Jay May from Rudman Park, Chippenham.
May is wanted in connection with an alleged assault.
The police have urged anyone with information regarding May's whereabouts to come forward.
However, they have cautioned the public not to approach him directly.
