A disturbing incident of road rage has left a local driver shaken and injured on the A3102 near Royal Wootton Bassett.
The incident happened on 19th February at about 4.30pm on the A3102 at Skew Bridge, heading in the direction of Royal Wootton Bassett.
Following a short exchange between the drivers of a white Honda Civic and a white Scania lorry. The driver of the HGV got out of his vehicle and reportedly punched the driver of the car several times in the face. He then jumped on the bonnet of the car and smashed the windscreen.
The driver of the Honda Civic, a man in his 50s, suffered bruising and cuts to his face. He has since lost a tooth due to his injuries.
