A 15-year-old boy has pleaded not guilty to the murder of Shayne Hambakachere in Chippenham.
The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared before Bristol Crown Court today, Thursday 2nd April charged with the offence.
The court heard the charge relates to an incident on Saturday 31st January, when Shayne, 16, was found with stab wounds in London Road.
He was taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol, where he later died.
The defendant was remanded into custody ahead of a trial, which has been scheduled to begin on Monday 10th August.
