An 18-year-old woman has died after a car left the M4 and caught fire between junctions 16 and 17.

Emergency services were called at around 5.35pm on Sunday (April 26). The teenager, who was driving a Vauxhall Corsa, died at the scene.
Wiltshire Police said her family have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.
Recovery work is continuing, with lanes 1 and 2 of the westbound carriageway currently closed.
Police said earlier today that a planned full closure of the motorway had been delayed after specialist recovery equipment was held up in Cambridge. However, a different crane has been sourced and the full closure will now be put in place from 3pm.
Officers are continuing to appeal for witnesses or anyone with dash cam footage to come forward.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Team on 01225 694597, quoting log number 277 of April 26, or email
