The Pippin will be closed to traffic in February to allow Wessex Waters to carry out works in the Broken Cross area.

The closure covers the residential stretch of The Pippin and Broken Cross and will come into force from the 5th to 16th February. 

There will be two-way signals in operation on Oxford Road on 30th to 31st January where Wessex Water will be installing a meter.

Delays are possible in Curzon Street at the junctions with Market Hill and The Strand on 29th January to 1st February with multi-way signals in place to allow Wiltshire Council to carry out a topographical and underground utilities survey.

Wiltshire Council will be carrying out drainage works at 152 Oxford Road between 7th and 9th February traffic management - stop/go boards will be in place. 

Expect delays heading to Chippenham on London Road between 8th and 9th February when two-way signals will be in place as Wessex Water work at the location.
