A woman has appeared in court following a collision on the A350 near Lacock in which a 64-year-old man died.
Ayan Kolah, 38, of Lowden, Chippenham, pleaded not guilty at Swindon Crown Court on Friday 18th February to causing death by careless driving and failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
The charges relate to a collision involving a car and a bicycle on the A350 at Lacock at around 5am on Tuesday 20th January.
Despite the best efforts of responding paramedics, the cyclist was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
Following the collision, the A350 was closed in both directions while specialist investigation work was carried out.
Kolah is now due to stand trial at Swindon Crown Court on 4th January 2027.
