Kingsbury Green Academy in Calne has launched a new school-wide project aimed at improving learning and teaching.
The initiative, called The Big Listen, will gather feedback from students, staff, parents and carers over the coming weeks.
Surveys, tutor group discussions and student meetings will be used to understand what is working well at the school and what could be improved.
The project will focus on areas including teaching, student wellbeing, inclusion, and personal and career development.
Rob Wood, Deputy Headteacher at Kingsbury Green Academy, said the aim is to ensure the views of the whole school community are heard.
He said: “This is an academy-wide project designed to gather real, meaningful feedback so we can improve learning and teaching in our school.
“At the centre of this will be the views of every student, tutor group and member of staff to find out what is working well in school but also what could be improved.
“We will also be gathering the views of parents and carers as this is about our whole school community.”
Mr Wood said the academy hopes the project will help build on the work already taking place at the school.
“We already have a brilliant school at Kingsbury Green, but we want it to be even better and the only way to improve that is by listening to those who are at the heart of what we do day in, day out,” he added.
The surveys and discussion sessions will take place over the next few weeks, with the school planning to share the results and any changes that follow once the feedback has been analysed.
