Over 30 Wiltshire schools have signed up to take part in community litter picks, joining the Wiltshire Council campaign to reduce littering in county.
Climate campaigners, including the ‘Grandmothers for Climate Action', from across Wiltshire gathered at County Hall, Trowbridge, on Tuesday 20 February, to mark the 5th anniversary of Wiltshire Council’s acknowledgment of the climate emergency in Wiltshire.
Wiltshire Council has been given a 15-month extension by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs -(Defra), to provide a weekly food waste collection.
