Local charity, Bath Cats and Dogs Home, is responding to the animal rescue crisis with a new programme of free workshops for primary schools in West Wiltshire and Bath and North-East Somerset as part of its ongoing outreach work in the community.
Pupils from Kingsbury Green Academy in Calne have become some of the first in the country to receive a qualification in recognition of their commitment and time spent as the school’s Careers Ambassadors.
99 % of Wiltshire children have been offered one of their three primary school preferences with 96% offered their first preference.
