THE 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings in Normandy, France was marked in Calne yesterday.
The first Calne Pride event took place on Saturday, 1st June as the newly made Calne Town Mayor, Cllr Jon Fisher accompanied by his wife and consort Tara, led a colourful parade through Calne town centre and then to the Recreation Ground for a day full of fun, colour and music.
