Residents in Calne and the surrounding villages will once again be able to watch world-class theatre, ballet and opera on the big screen without having to travel further afield.

From The Dumb Post Revival at Bremhill and the Heddington Scarecrow Trail to a special 40th anniversary celebration at Avebury, there are plenty of ways to get out and about this weekend.
Visitors will have the chance to explore some of Avebury’s most historic attractions for free this week as part of Heritage Open Days.
