The ongoing smell from the Lower Compton landfill site has continued to frustrate residents this week, with many saying the hot weather has made it impossible to keep their windows open.
More than 100 reports of foul odours were made over the weekend as work continues to tackle ongoing issues at the Lower Compton landfill site near Calne.
